Shipping Policy

SlamWheels ships its products to almost all parts of India.
Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you will need to place multiple orders.
We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within 3 working days of the order. However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 7 working days, to ship the order as we may have to procure it from some other Warehouses.
For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 3 to 10 business days of shipping (i.e. all week days excluding Sundays and public holidays). In case of items weighing over 2 kilos or high volume, we may take a couple of days longer to reach you. For other areas the products will be shipped through Indian Postal Service and may take 1-2 weeks depending on location. Please contact our customer care +918054957424 number for more details.
Our prices are all inclusive & you will get the final price during check out. You need not pay anything extra.
Currently we do not deliver to locations outside India.
While we shall endeavour to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
The color of the product shipped may vary from the one displayed on the website (subject to availability of the same). If you are very particular about a color, please mention so in the description column while placing the order or call us to confirm the same. If your preference is not specifically stated to us we will not bear the return/shipping charges for any exchange.
On placing the order, you will receive an email stating the name of the courier company and the tracking number of your consignment in your registered email id. In case you do not receive a mail from us within 24hrs of placing an order please check your spam folder. Tracking may not appear online for up to another 24 hours in some cases, so please wait until your package is scanned by the courier company.
We will attempt to deliver the package thrice before it is returned back to our warehouse. Please provide your mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 7- day return policy for products delivered incorrectly or in a damaged condition. Please ensure that the product be returned unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original box and packaging. SlamWheels reserves the right to reject any return request if the product package is opened or the product looks used.

The products will not be
taken back if the company seal has been opened.

The color of the product shipped may vary from the one displayed on the website (subject to availability of the same). SlamWheels urges its customers to read the product details, dimensions and specifications carefully before placing an order.

If the customer wishes to return a product that was correctly delivered in proper condition, then SlamWheels reserves the right to reject such a request. And if we accept the return, shipping charges need to be borne by the customer. Please send us a mail at info@slamwheels.com or call us at +918054957424 before you ship the item back to us.

The returns will be through Slam Wheels Gift Coupons/Certificates. You can redeem these Coupons/Certificates within the time period mentioned in the mail to you.

In case an incorrect product shipped, damaged in transit, or with defects we will bear the return shipping. Please send us a mail at support@SlamBaby.com or call us on +918054957424 with the details of your grievance.
We will pay the return shipping charges and will send a replacement within 10 working days. We reserve the right to pay you back in cash or kind in case there are no stocks left of the item returned.
